Return & Refund Policy

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products are final.

Once a digital product has been purchased and downloaded, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. This policy applies to all downloadable files, including but not limited to PDFs, worksheets, puzzles, games, and digital resources.

If you experience difficulty accessing your digital file or believe you received the wrong file, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Physical Products 

For physical game products, returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If a physical product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Digital downloads

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Customized or personalized products
